In short

No account, no advertising cookies, no tracking. We only process what is needed to run the service.

What is processed

  • Your wallet address, in your browser, to prepare transactions. Transactions are public on the blockchain by nature.
  • The logo and details you upload for a token. They are public on purpose.
  • The list of tokens created with the service and the fees paid, read from the blockchain (public data), to run the creator dashboard and keep accounting records.
  • Technical data such as IP addresses, processed by our host to deliver the site and block attacks.
  • A session cookie for the administrator only. Your language choice, stored in your browser only.

Blockchain data

Everything written to a blockchain (token, addresses, transactions) is public and permanent. Nobody, including MemeKiln, can delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell data. Data is processed by our host (Cloudflare) and by the providers needed to send transactions. We answer lawful requests from authorities.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of data we hold about you, within what is technically possible (blockchain data cannot be deleted). Contact: contact@memekiln.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
