What is MemeKiln?
MemeKiln is a no-code tool that creates a real Solana token (SPL Token-2022) from your browser. You fill in a form, approve one transaction in your wallet and the full supply lands in your wallet.
How much does it cost to create a Solana token?
The MemeKiln fee is 0.2 SOL per token, all safety options included. A custom address adds 0.1 SOL. The Solana network also charges about 0.006 SOL for storage and fees. Total: about 0.206 SOL.
Is it safe? Do you have access to my wallet?
No. MemeKiln is non-custodial. You sign in your own wallet, which shows the full transaction (including our fee) before you approve. We never see your seed phrase or private key, and we can never move your tokens.
What does revoking mint and freeze authority mean?
Mint authority lets someone create new tokens at any time; freeze authority lets someone block a holder’s tokens. Revoking them removes these powers forever. Buyers, wallets and scanners such as RugCheck flag tokens that keep them. Read the full guide.
Which wallets can I use?
Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and any wallet that supports the Solana Wallet Standard. On mobile, open MemeKiln inside your wallet’s built-in browser.
Do I get all the tokens?
Yes. 100% of the supply is sent to your wallet. MemeKiln keeps no tokens and takes no share of trading.
How do people buy my token?
A new token has no price until it has liquidity. You can create a pool on a Solana exchange such as Raydium or Meteora. One-click launch with locked liquidity is coming to MemeKiln.
Can I change the name or logo later?
Yes, unless you chose “Lock name and logo forever”. Locking is permanent and reassures buyers that the token cannot be disguised later.
Why a custom address?
A memorable address (for example ending in “moon”) looks professional and is easier to recognize. Your browser generates it locally: the secret key never leaves your device and is only used once, to create the token.
Which blockchains are supported?
Solana today. Base, BNB Chain and other EVM networks are planned.
Is creating a meme coin legal?
Creating a token is legal in most countries. Selling it to the public, promising profits or misleading buyers can be regulated or illegal (for example under MiCA in the EU). Our terms forbid fraud such as rug pulls and impersonation. When in doubt, ask a lawyer.
What is Token-2022?
Token-2022 is the newer official Solana token program. It stores the name, ticker and logo link directly in the token. Phantom, Solflare, Jupiter, Raydium and the main explorers support it.
